Notice in toilet cubicle's door saying:

Please do not throw tissue/toilet papers, pad, or strange stuff inside the toilet bowl

reason is their pipes are not as good as Singapore so if you throw the papers in.
It might block the pipes therefore you have to throw them inside a bin beside the toilet bowl
BUT actually its not that bad throwing the papers will stuck the toilet bowl and block the pipes

As unlike Singapore, water in Taiwan are not drinkable through tap.
