i'm..

not a parent..

not a teacher..

not train on how to deal with children..

i feel that i'm still a child myself.. tell me how does a child discipline children?

i'm glad that i have come so far.. but i'm having problem with a handful of student librarians..the senior i named them as they are with me for at least a year.. the latest batch seems okay for now (since i only had 1-2 sessions with them.. except for 1.. and 2 didnt turn up.. so its still too early to tell..)

guess i'm too friendly to them.. *sigh*

i just want to build a bond but guess it doesnt works well..

not sure does time-out works..

but i'm going to give it a try and see how thing works..

i'm going to be very STRICT since they doesnt like me to me FRIENDLY..
