13-03-2012 - Hong Kong Day 03 aka Macau Day

A day which requires lot of energy!

Always heard Hong Kong's congee is nice!

Not just nice but NICEEEEEEEEEE~

Comes with a refreshing hot drink

Pardon for my puffy face

Making of Chee Cheong Fan, we wish we have bigger stomach to hold some!

Set off from Yau Ma Tei, I'm holding our hotel's card key

Checking how to walk to the ferry terminal.

Passby Kowloon Park

Their wet market, we suppose

Found the way after asking a security!

It's cheaper to get the tickets from those people who approach you.

Just make sure to check the tickets - the terminal you are going as there is/are a few terminals in Macau from Hong Kong

Here we are!

Yummy snacks~

MUST TRY PORK BUN~ We shared one! Thinking we have time to go to the famous store to try better one but the one we got is very YUMMY~

Their recycling station!

All the kids in Singapore born in the 80s-90s should know these machines!

Passby

Their student care/kindergarten

The famous landmark!

After much effort, we finally found GuanYin~

Attempting to take photo with GuanYin

The gorgeous view of various hotels~~~

If you come to Macau, we recommend you to go to Wynn Hotel to see the Golden Dragon and Fortune Tree!

They appear every half an hour (Eg. 6pm - Golden Dragon, 6.30pm Fortune Tree)

Here comes the Golden Dragon~

Magnificent! Worth the waiting =)

We then stay and wait for the Fortune Tree~

Navigating from hotel to hotel is not as easy as we heard. Public buses aren't that frequent also is a problem. We ended up taking the free shuttle bus provided by Wynn Hotel (You don't need to stay or gamble in the hotel) to Taipa Ferry Terminal then took free shuttle bus from Venetian to go to their hotel!

After wasting so much time, energy and detour, finally we reached the Venetian~

Our time is very short here as we need to catch the last ferry back to Hong Kong.

After some photo taking, we rushed to the most important itinerary of the day~

Macau's famous Portuguese Egg Tarts~

It is IMPORTANT to check your tickets when you buy your tickets from those people approaching you! We ended up tickets to another harbour.

And after putting down our stuffs, we went to a steamboat restaurant nearby the hotel for late night dinner.
