A very upsetting disaster that killed many, and also the worst flooding brought by Typhoon Morakot in decades. On the same day when all Taiwanese celebrated Father's Day, many lost their fathers... Hope to share with you how you could and do help a little. $1000 is not too much, $1 nor too little.At this point in time, Singapore Red Cross is not launching a public appeal for Typhoon Morakot in Taiwan. However, if you wish to donate, please make a cheque payable to Singapore Red Cross Society.

My heart hurts wondering how everyone is doing and myself sitting here an ocean away not being able to physically help. I can't help but think about the people whom our daughter may have known and their well-being. My thoughts go out to all those who were touched tragically by this storm.
